Honestly, i blur tak faham sgt apa derang nak dari tag nie…smua main kopipes jek article original then (nie shutterspeaks yg buat) letak iklan petronas berserta info pasal petronas ATAU (nie mcm mixterr buat) cakap pasal ‘si dia’ yg tak habis2 nak contact dier dan pekerjaannya yg sucks bukan scuks yer.

Anyway, i think, soalan dier basically mcm nie :

Kenapa anda berbangga lahir di bumi Malaysia? dan soalan keduanya kenapa anda sepatutnya cukup bersyukur berada dibumi Malaysia ini tatkala menyambut merdeka?

Merdeka Plans?

Seems like everyone is out and about tonight:

• Jef ajaked to kareoke – he’s sponsoring rm250 for everyone
• Craigy ajakd to shah alam for drinking session – his treat
• Taufie ajak to lepak at his house
• Ikano has a merdeka celebration – its near my house
• Pam’s KDU friends are having celebration in genting – only RM25 for food, accom & drinks – sounds almost too cheap to be true
• Ariff & gang goin to KLCC via LRT and asking if I wana ikot
• Photography session at the Fireworks show in Putrajaya
• Friday morning : Go down to PD and spend the night there, come back on Sat

Me? I’d prefer slipping in between the sheets and snuggling with someone. Without a care in the world. And perhaps watching the fireworks outside our hotel room window. BUT, I totally doubt that’s goinna happen, so perhaps its just a quiet long weekend at home – as it has been for the past i-dunno-how-many years.

Laziness, FlyFM & BodyShop

I’m overcome with laziness lately. Don’t feel like doing anything at all.

It was a lazy day today. Woke up early, went to class, came back.

Watched Premonition (which i downloaded) – but lazy to write a review about it. Watched Kyle XY – Season 1 ep1-5.

Lazy to chat. Lazy to go out so much so that I just ate maggi. Too lazy to blog – which is why i just put up photos in my last post.

Lazy to get started on assignments – which is a major NO-NO! Because i have to complete all my assignments and start working on my major project already. (sankai can i just use ur major project idea?)

Matilah…

I dtg lambat skit (as usual la…grand entrance – tapi x segrand mohdismail :P) Naik LRT to KLCC pastu jalan ke Pelita. Sib baik hujan renyai2 je, kalo lebat..tatau ler camner..sah basah kuyup. Ramai gak org pergi, lebih dari dijangka. Dah mcm takde tempat duduk bila i sampai. Masa tu derang dah abis buat sesi suai kenal. Sib baik i tak kena stop masa mula naik tu dan kena introducekan blog dan nama #:-S

Ader sesi makan sikit2 lepas tu mohdismail mengintroducekan project terbaru HappyPeopleMedia iaitu PC Malaya – “a space for malaysian to show off their innovation and creativity to customize and modify their rigs and desktop.”

So apa yg best sgt? Dpt jumpa member-member baru dan lama (dari jwg forum, chat dan persetankan). Nie antara org2 yg I ingat nama sempat jumpa:

Susah skit nak berkenalan dgn org lain sbb tempat tu sempit sikit, tak dpt nak mingle. Dah la panas gak kat tempat tu – berpeluh-peluh. Ingatkan leh jumpa khai dan Fahmishah tapi derang x dtg :( Takper la next time je

Finger painting the flag

Despite the fact that i was so pissed off the other day(pls read my previous post) , it was actually rather fun to see the Karnival Patriotik on campus. Flags everywhere, dancers in traditional costumes, kompangs, other musical instruments, and what not. There was even a mural which students can fingerpaint and everyone was getting into the mood of helping.

What really struck me was after the VIPs came and we all clapped hands (that was what we were there for – to clap hands and make the cafeteria area look full) the Negaraku played. And, when it was playing, everyone – lecturers, VIPs, Indonesians, Nigerians, Botswanians and particularly Malaysians – stopped whatever they were doin and stood up straight. The malaysians (me included) were singing along to the words. Some just mumbling the words but others singing it out loud and proud.

It struck me that such a song – the embodiment of a nation free after much struggle – in such a place – a ‘creative’ university where everyone wears ‘kain tak cukup’ and have utterly no regard for anything other than themselves – could still conjour up the pride we have in our nation. Because however bad Malaysia is and we know how much things can suck it is still our home.

The songs that’s playing everywhere on the airways now is Justin Timberlake’s Lovestoned. I like this song coz its sooo sexy. About a woman who knows she’s turning a guy on but knows that she holds all the cards and the guys have to work hard to get her attention.
