One evening in the kitchen while I was helping my mom cook,

Mom : What are you going to do for your birthday this year?
Me : Haven’t really thought about it Ma. (I usually do a BBQ or makan2 at home with a bunch of friends)
Mom : What about we give you RM200 and you go and do it outside?
Me : 200?!? Where can i host a bday party for only 200?
Mom : What about KFC?
My youngest 16 yr old sis who just walked in : Ma, even I am so over that KFC phase

Seriously sometimes I think my mom still thinks her daughters are all six years old.
