Its the end of the year 2007 and there are alot of events happening, from Christmas Parties and huge New Year Eve’s Party. Midvalley is hosting a 2008 Countdown part promising to be KL’s “most heart throbbing, visually stimulating & magnificent countdown part of the decade” – sounds so much more than a party to me. Hehe!

They’re feature a lineup of international DJs such as VJ Sort from Kagawa Japan, DJ Matthew White from Hungary and DJ Stoneface & Terminal (Euphonic Germany). DJ Stoneface and Terminal sounds familiar doesn’t it? Well this is a vid i got off YouTube ripped from Tiesto Club Life, the song by Gareth Emery – More Than Anything (Stoneface & Terminal Remix).

Oh, and the BEST part of this party is that they’re having a choreographed fireworks display with pulsating dance. I mean, I’ve seen light shows and dancers (some even trannys) but a choreographed fireworks display? I’m sure it’ll blow your mind.

Projects & Mardi Gras

Its soo hard to describe how relieved I felt after finally passing up my Major Project Documentation on Friday Evening. Stayed up for 3 days with only a 30 min nap in between. Went to go and pick Linda at around 9.30am (coz i got lost getting to her place at Precint 9) then had breakfast at Putrajaya before goin to campus around 10 ish.

Pam, G and I decided to go party at Loft and Cynna at Heritage Row on Saturday night with Carl and her friends (J and gang). Kinda malas to write a full post so here are the pics and the summary.
- Had 2 bottles of black label.
- Music in Loft was house :( but Cynna played great R&B songs.
- Bumped into Adi+friends in Cynna.
- G got pissed drunk.
- Went to makan2 at the kedai mamak near my house.
- Balik, mandi, sleep.

I asked A if he was game to bring my sis and I out coz I wanted to go to the Blogger Booze organized by Daniel. At first he was reluctant but i paksa, bullied threatened pujuk-ed him and he agreed. I texted Nick and asked if he and carmen were goin but he was at a fren’s birthday party. Evie was busy she said she had to get things done I still think its a steamy, sexy hot session. You’re never too old for drinking la evie.

Aree turned 27 years old last friday and we went to Sugar – coz its her favourite place to go and cuci mata coz the guys there are all her kind of taste (Arab and/or Africans) – to celebrate. I got my designated driver + his friend to bring Gladz and I there.

After a long two weeks of exams and staying at home, we decided to go celebrate our freedom and holidays by partying \:d/

Aree came over to my place around 9-ish and we waited for Pam to come down after her Puteri UMNO meeting…lol!. Then we had a session of berdandan and makeuping and looking for hairpins and hair mousse and finally left the house at 10pm. Went to idaman to have western food – it really cheap and quite sedap there. Unfortunatly Aree ordered mushroom soup and nasi goreng pattaya which never came even after I finished my lamb chop and Pam ate half of her chicken chop :-w Kesian si aree, in the end she shared food with pam.

So we reached Sugar before midnight (free entry for ladies before 12) and order two jugs of Long island (buy 1 free1 for rm70) – “make it strong” we told the bartender >:). LOL! Aree and Pam were happily dancing away and scouting for all the hot victims guys.

Soon after Jazzy came with Aymen (her bf) and Yang (her male hsemate). It was jazzy’s birthday last nite (which i just found out) so we all wished and hugged her >:D<. It was a really fun night, the selections of songs weren’t as good as usual tho. Aree met a few of her frens frm Bayu Puteri and they invited us to a BBQ this Sunday. Yey!

There was a bit of a panic last night when pam got an sms from an unknown number saying something like “Cik <pam’s name> dah mabuk ke tu?” and she was worried that it was her cousin who would report back to her family. Finally we found out that it was a fren of mine whom she didnt save his new number. Hehe! :))
Met a few really nice guys – and one really gatal and mabuk malay guy who wasnt good looking, had to ignore him b-(. We went to Lotus after to makan. Aymen drove Jazzy’s car while Aree, Pam, Yang and I were in Aree’s car with Yang in the driver’s seat. When we stopped at a traffic light, there was a proton car next to us with 5-6 guys and they were looking at Yang and looking very impressed. They wind down the window and said “you’re a lucky guy :)>-” to Yang. Haha!

Went back home around 5am-ish (I think?). Thanks Yang for sending us back :) Ur such a nice and sweet guy :X
