With photoshop (running on a Mac if im not mistaken) you can lose 100 pounds instantly. Similar to the Dove evolution commercial (If u havent seen it, its about how a normal looking person is made to look stunning using makeup, lighting and photo editing. Go look for it in youtube).

Sunyinyeee….

It was the first time for me to take the komuter at such a late hour and for such a long distance. I went to the Sg Buluh KTM station which is just 10 mins from my house at 9.30pm on thursday night. Not only did I just missed the train so I had to wait another 30 minutes, but I also took the wrong train and ended up in Kuang (the opposite way) then had to stop and wait for another 30 minutes for the very last train from Rawang - Seremban. All for the sake of Angah.

Finally reached Seremban at 12.30am Friday morning and met up with a chatter who picked me up from the station and brought me out to makan, then sent me to the hotel. I stayed at Carlton Star hotel, next to the bus terminal. The rates are pretty okay, less than rm100 and the rooms are quite big for that price.

I told Abg Nazz (my abg angkat bukan scandal yer delinn who was in Seremban for 2 mths due to work) that i’d be there on friday afternoon. Spent the whole train ride sms-ing him, koreking information on how to get to the hotel, which room number he was in. Knocked on his door and he was shocked speechless. Haha! Managed to get a room for that night and spent most of the night catching up, borak2.

On friday walked around Seremban town area, when to the Terminal 1 “shopping mall” to look for a present to bring to pass to the bride & groom. Plates? Leceh to bring. Curtains? Don’t know what colour to get. Bedsheets? Yeaa good idea. So we got a bedsheet set

On Sat we took a cab to Senawang (where her house was). Came a bit late (coz i actually overslept..hehe..bestnye tido dlm selimut and pasang aircon). The rendang was nice, everything else was just okay. Quite a lot of taggers came. [PICS HERE!] I didnt take pics coz there was just too many cameras so i malas better to kejar other ppl for pictures then for me to be kejar-ed for pics

As usual, gossip2 and borak2 till all the food and plates and chairs were cleared (tak pandai nak balik2 gi) then Par @ Xmen sent abg nazz & I back to seremban some time in the evening.

So that ends my Seremban trip and congradulations to Angah & Wan

My CNY holidays are over oh so sad.

I went back to Tg Malim with my family on the 17th night for supper at my grandma’s place (mom’s side). Had some vegetarian dish. Got no idea what it’s called but got meehoon, abalone, mushrooms, fungus

Got back home around 3am on 18th morning and prepared the food from my small makan-makan - Made the spaghetti Sauce & the white sauce. Slept for a while then prepared all the other food. Mashed potatoes, Spaghetti & macaroni, Garlic Bread & my mom made carrot cake. Cleaned the hse a bit more, arrange all the makanan. And waited for the guests. Taufie, Core & Bact came first. Dok lepak2. then Jer came, and one by one all my frens came.

I didnt really invite a lot of people (due to budget constraints) but I invited as much as I could, some frens from KK who are in KL, some frens from chat and some blogger frens. Everyone had fun (at least i think so lah)

Got a few friends who stayed back talking, boraking and lepaking till around midnite. Then i went to send a fren back to KL. Coz he took the lrt to come to my place. As i was goin on the Penchala link, i drove over something (that actually looked like a simple black plastic on the ground) which sliced my right front tyre. Stopped at the side of the road just before the tunnel and bullied got my fren to change the tyre.and so that ends my chinese new year this year not so meriah as it would be in KK but its ok lah.

I cleaned up the house today, kinda tiring. Will be goin to tanjung malim tomorrow to celebrate CNY with my mom’s relatives- you know, the tradition of eating together the night before CNY (and suffering through the “wah-you-so-big-oredi” comments). Then on the first day im having a small makan2 (i wouldnt really call it an open house coz im not inviting lots of people) with about 30 people or so

My parents recently sold off the old Honda CRV and got a new black Honda City 1.5 with VTec (or something like that lah). I’ve been driving it for a week or so now and its such a smooth ride. The funny thing is when we first got it, everyone bumped their head while getting into the front seat because we were so used to a bigger car. I got a new phone - Sony Ericsson k800i Cybershot- but I got the limited edition silver one. Plus (being the camwhore I am) I decided to get a 1 GB Memory Stick Mirco (M2) card because the phone has 64MB only. I love the camera function being 3.2 megapixals the downside is that the video (.3gp format) is not that clear. And the batt power is a bit low. I have to charge it every 2-3 days - especially if i get lots of calls or play games on it. Overall tho its a really good cameraphone

New Year’s Eve

How did i celebrate my New Year? Pam, Aree and I had absolutely no plans,so we decided to have a small drinking party at Pam’s place. Invited a small handfull of friends: Azril and frens who canceled on us after we had bought all the drinks and food, Aaron, J, my sis, pam, aree and myself. Aaron brought the snacks, J brought the JD and we gals bought the coke and wine.

We had lots of fun laughing, drinking, playing cards, taking photos, taking naps, taking pictuers of people taking naps, dancing to arabic music, perfecting the booty shake, sticking cards on our foreheads (its a kind of game),saying “bottoms up!” every 15 minutes, playing cho tai ti and generally ushering the new year with great friends
