Most of you know that Im going back to Kota Kinabalu to attend one of my closest friend’s wedding. Mag was engaged to Tim two years ago and are finally tying the knot this year. The first of my circle of high school friends to get married. I wonder where they are going to stay tho. Currently I think they are staying at her parent’s house but it might be a bit uncomfortable after they get married because she has a younger brother and its a single story house so the close quarters might be uncomfortable.

Perhaps she should start getting interested in real estate. I think finding a house can be so tedious and stressful. There are some realtors who show people a few houses then expects you to buy and harress you until you do.

But the people at DROdio are not like that. First you search for the houses that suit the type and location that you want. Then they give you the addresses of the houses so you can drive yourself there and check it out for yourself without feeling any obligation. If you need help, then only you give them a ring, at any time you want, even midnight. Helpful yea?

I think that Mag & Tim would certainly want their own home so that they can raise their kids in a good environment. Here’s to a happy family.

G got into an accident again. Yeap. Second time. The first was when some guy hit her from the back at the LDP highway when it was raining. There was a huge dent on the back bumper. This time its in the front.

She was changing lanes in Kuala Lumpur when a motorcyclist which was going fast slammed into the left corner of her front bumper. The bumper was bent and the whole thing dropped off. The motorcyclist was thrown off his motorcycle and got hurt. (more…)

When people speak of Manchester, the first thing that comes to mind is the football teams Manchester United and Manchester City. But thats not all about Manchester. Manchester is 185 miles and only a few hours away from London. However, did you know that houses in Manchester is not as expensive as the ones in London?

A First Time Buyer Mortgage is around 100,000 pounds and I think thats a good price to pay for having a house in the city. According to Savills in this article, “Manchester is vibrant and there is always something going on there” so its a great place to live.

Remember when I was complaining that I was so tired? Well today I had to pack all my stuff from the computer table I was using. Then I had to sweep and mop the floor. Why? Because I got a new table! Yey!

Went furniture shopping in Ikea and came back with a computer desk/table, a rug and a dustbin. Had to come back, clean the room and assemble the table - with help from Daddy dearest of course.

I hang a ‘curtain’ of shells outside my door. Bought it from Bangkok. It was so cheap there. I changed my chair to a wood one, its more comfortable then the plastic one which sticks to the skin, especially when Im wearing shorts.

Now all I need is a couple of huge pillows

Everyone has been asking me to kirim salam to Acha next semester. Huh? Acha? As in the Acha Septriasa? So I did a bit of googling to find out more about it.

Apparently, the sweet adorable indonesian lass Acha Septriasa is going to start studying in Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) starting Febuary 2008. Popular for her songs such as Berdua Lebih Baik and movies such as My Heart and Love is Cinta she has captured the hearts and eyes of the Indonesian and Malaysian guys public. I personally like her song Sampai Menutup Mata.Wonder what course she’s taking?

First Dafi (of AF5 fame) then Acha. I wonder who’s next? Some famous Botswanian singer? Hehehe

I registered for this online dating site. Don’t laugh! Im serious! I’ve had friends who met online and have gotten/are going to get married so I guess whats wrong with trying yea?

This site offers free personals. Yey! We like free things don’t we? But unfortunately, I couldn’t put in Malaysia as my location so I put Bangkok Thailand - which is the nearest to KL. Its very easy to fill in your particulars using forms and drop down menus.

The great thing is, when you search for someone (either a Man or a Woman, apparently it doesn’t recognize bisexuals) it sorts the results for the best possible match based on your particulars. There’s also a forum that you can participate in and ask questions and interact with other users of the site.

Cool! Now lets see how this online dating thingy goes…
