Yes, the boys who brought us that infamous song and others such as “welcome to my Life” & “Addicted”, has finally reached our Malaysian shores. Performing in an exclusive gig (invites only) in Zouk KL, on the 27th (i think) sponsored by Motorola for the launching of their new hp model. (I think)

Well, im actually not a really big fan of Simple Plan, but their songs are nice. But ask me to name them one by one and I go blur. In fact, looking at the pic above, im not sure which is actually d lead singer (im assuming the one in front. LOL)

Anyways, Im part of their Malaysian street team tho - Simple Plan Underground - haha….well, juz joined for fun. A street team is like a group of fans who help promote their music. I’ve heard that ones in the US or UK get exclusive stuff like posters and CDs and stuff so Im hoping

SP is having a Meet The Fans session at Tower Records, KLCC this Sunday, 21st November 2004 at 3pm and get to meet them first, exclusively for SPU members. And I even have their full flight details.

Im not that big a fan to go all the way to KLIA. So…should i go see them at KLCC? Hmm…..

On Wed i decided to follow Erin back home coz i was bored and also wanted to go visit her. Then i pujuked her to come stay over at my place since she is going to meet up with Wilson at night. So my mom was supposed to pick me up at 6.50pm so i waited for her till around 7.20pm and smsd her saying i wanted to go to KLCC….she misunderstood my message and went home. when i finally called her just before 8pm, then she realized her mistake and i ended up in the LRT station at around 8.40 pm. Took us another 30 mins to get to KLCC and finally met up with Wilson at 9.15 pm. So we went to grab a bite at a mamak stall that was clearing up their stuff and Wilson paid for it coz he said we susah payah come down all the way just to see him (it was his bday and erin wanted to pass him his prezzie). And we sat there chatting till 11 pm (KLCC actually closes at 10 pm) with all the shops closed and the cleaners mopping the floor. Then we took the LRT back (the last train) and went home (Wilson’s stop was before ours - University station). Erin & I talked till like 3 am before going to sleep.

The next morning she woke up early and around 9.30 am i woke up to see her off before she left {im not going to be a lousy host!} then went back to sleep and woke up at 3 pm {i kno u guys must be thinking…OMG! so late!}. And juz lepak at home……

On Fri juz lepak at home…….

Feel so frustrated………

This morning when my sister woke up to school she and my dad were so noisy that I woke up before going back to sleep. As a result of that, i overslept and missed my morning bus. So I had to persuade my mom to send me which kind of pissed her off coz she hates sending me all the way. Not only that, I realized I actually slept on my specs {I wear contacts during the day and specs at nite} so its all bent out of shape…cant really wear it now

Then I had a presentation based on group work. The person who was in charged of making the board - where we put our notes - called me early this morning and complained that the other group mate’s information is not enough and also explained that she slept early the night before without doing it. So i just asked her todo what she can and bring it to the class. Time check : 10 am

Then i went to 11 am class a bit late. And while the other groups presented…waited and waited for her. She finally turned up like 15 mins before the class finished - EMPTY HANDED. And i was like WTF?!!? Then I asked if she at least had the notes…..and she said it’s all in her thumbdrive. So because of that I lost 10 marks for no presentation and another 15 marks is still depending on the quality of her work.

To add to that, i left my handphone in the car and dont have a phone now till around 3 pm. Its actually lunch but I dont feel like eating anything. Besides, I was too frustrated to eat.

Anyway, i have a class now so I gotta run before I’m too late.

That evening, I was supposed to take the 3 pm bus to Kelana Jaya but somehow I ended up on the wrong bus. The driver was the same as the KJ 12pm bus so I juz got up. When the bus was on the way, i realized it was only going to stop in Masjid Jamek - in the heart of KL - a 1.5 hour ride!!

As I didnt have my phone, i couldnt contact my mom and had to wait till i reached MJ. Den i walked a few blocks and found a public phone. Problem was, i dont remember my dad’s,mom’s or sister’s phone number. So I just called my own phone and my sis picked up. So i explain to her the whole situation and asked for my dad’s num. She didnt but instead passed the phone to my mom, then i had to explain the whole thing again. And asked for my dad’s number. Then she was so slow in answering that RM2 gone just like that. Haih~~!!!

Lucky i had a phone card with around Rm5.50 in it. So i called and asked for my dad’s hp num straight away. So I called him asking wat time he was going back and arranged to meet in KLCC to go back together. So, after eating at MJ, I took an LRT to KLCC den walked around…looking for jeans and when i met my dad, i asked him to buy (very dark blue jeans from Isetan - RM89), and we went to eat at 1901 American Hotdogs. Den we went to Kinokuniya coz I was looking for a textbook for school (Microsoft Office 2000 : Enhanced Edition) so I bought some stationary. Den we went back…..

Saturday
On Fri nite i slept really early (around 8-9pm…!!) so I woke up really early on Sat..partly coz my cousin smsed me asking for someone’s hp num. So was online till around noon when we (my family & I) went to eat Nando’s at One Utama. Yay! My fave!

Den we went to Bukit Bintang coz I needed to fix my phone - I cant use the wireless nor the GPRS/MMS - so the ppl in Nokia Care Center said have to update software…but dat means…..everything in my phone will be deleted….*cries*

So sad so i took the opportunity to insist to buy a connectivity cable (hp to PC) and we did manage to buy one in a handphone shop in Bukit Bintang - which was ciplak and I went home to test it out while my sis & mom stayed in BB. The cable is lousy…spoilt! have to go change it soon.

Oh yes, i ate seafood for dinner…yummy yummy

Sunday
Went to church in the morning - as usual - then came back and did MAJOR spring-cleaning…move furniture here and there and clean up the hell-hole-dumpster called my sister’s room - which im unfortunatly sleeping in as well.

Den around 2.30 pm, went to Sunway to play ice-skating with my 2 sisters…it was fun…but some idiot guy skated up behind me and somehow managed to hook his skates to mine, causing me to fall down on a BIG puddle - i hate skating on weekends, the ice is SO melted- making my butt & the back of my pants all wet.

Den we went to eat an early dinner (around 5.30 pm) {ice skating makes me hungry} at McDs and then we walk walk around and then played archery…im geting better at it and went back at 8 pm, and fell asleep still wearing my jeans, nice baju, jewelry and makeup till the next morning

Its a Sunday evening and I didnt do much this weekend. Juz met up with Cassie & Erin on Sat afternoon and walked around KLCC for a bit beore going back. Watched Malaysian Idol Grand Finale - Jac won, Dina got 2nd. I would prefer Dina win coz she is the underdog in this show. But undoubtedly Jac can sing better. Oh well….

Well, Im finally pleased with the layout of the blog…adjusted here and there. At one point, I tried adjusting the width and somehow the text didnt “wrap” - meaning I had long lines of text and had to scroll to the left to read it all.

Im having lack of sleep these few days. Didnt sleep d whole Fri nite and slept at around 3 am Sun morning before waking up at 8.30. I need my sleep…im a walking zombie.

Oh yeah, I bought this new book “The Da Vinci Code” by Dan Brown which is a New York bestseller (if im not mistaken) and my some friends also gave good reviews of it. Going to start reading it tonite

What a f***ed up day!?! It started this morning when I only slept around 4 am when I have to catch a bus to class at 8 am in KJ station. Then we had Design class which was pretty interesting. And there wuz like 15 riddles we had to solve in the class. Then this guy asked me for answers. But then HE passed all of MY answers as his own when the lecturer asked for answers. He quickly yelled out all MY answers when the lecturer asked d question. Felt like smacking him…HARD!!

Feeling pretty frustrated today actually. Spent the whole afternoon planning to go out tonight but plan after plan was cancelled. First planned to stay in Subang with Isla, Heidi & Debbie and go out with them tonight. Then Isla smsed saying the rest dont want to go. Then planned of stayin in a hotel wif Andre, Sids & Erin. Den after checking online and calling around 5-6 hotels that were fully booked or too expensive, I finally found a perfect one. Then Erin said dont want coz too mahal (?!?!? RM 36 a nite is mahal? Oh well,dats d life of a student….owez broke…i understand). Den the next backup plan (the 3rd one) was for Pam to stay wif us instead of Erin. Problem is that she can only confirm after 4 pm. So there goes my plan to meet up with Isla and the rest in KLCC around 2 pm coz I need to get a confirmation. But around 3.30pm wanted to still meet up with Isla dey ol so called them to ask where are they…they said they were at Petaling street and would be going to Midvalley so I told them to c0ntact me when they were on their way to Midvalley.

At around 4.10 got news that Pam cant make it. Damn…….

Then Heidi smsed saying it rained in Petaling Street and they were all wet and were going home. At that point of time, i wuz cursing under my breath already then I got so fed up I juz went to sleep and didnt want to contact anyone already.

Somehow I think of Lola….missing her like crazy….feel like crying when i think of the times we always hang out together. Even if we couldnt get transport home after clubbing we juz chilled out together and went for breakfast the next morning before taking the morning bus back to hostel.

Lola bebeh….I mizz u like I’ve never missed anyone else before….
