Dont you miss the feel of real photos? Not printed digital photos, but photos printed from an actual roll of film. I miss looking at those photos and laughing at some of the candid photos, for example my mom’s photos are always of her closing her eyes (due to the flash i think) or a shot at bad timing where everyone wasn’t ready yet.

Remember the glossy finishes and slightly sticky feel? When I was younger, that I was taught to keep the photos properly, not facing each other because the photos may stick to each other and spoil them. When I was at Mel’s house a few years back, I saw that she arranged her photos in a very interesting way called scrapbooking. This is where photos are arranged and decorated with colourful backgrounds, cutouts, stickers and designs. Go to this website to find many scrapbook page ideas.

Now with the popularity of digital photography and Photoshop, we can recreate that on our computer by editing and copy pasting far more intricate designs than before. However the best thing about digital photography is that you can snap an unlimited number of photos, look at them thru the display and delete or I love snapping photos because I find that it’s a way to freeze that moment in time. Taking pictures of life that passes around me is a favourite pastime, especially when I’m bored.

My birthday is coming up next week and I’m having a small makan2 with a bunch of close friends at my house. I wish I could have this big bbq party with free flow of alcohol and an neverending array of food and invite loads and loads of ppl and friends, but coz Im still not making rm300 a day in blogging or have a rich and very generous (if not generous also no point) sugar daddy, I cant do so

Anyway, some people were asking about presents. I prefer if presents are useful and meaningful. Yes I know its the thought that counts but still, do you want the present that you give to someone be put aside, shoved under a bed or in a dark closet, or (unshamely) give it to someone else as a present or worst, throw it away. Some time ago, I was reading Minci’s post titled Ever say hi to a celeb when I remembered the story about how i embarrassed myself by mistaking the identities of 3 different people. My frens were still laughing about it last week.

Oh, some time ago I wrote a post on RCH -Rafflesia Chicken Hu - which serves excellent buah rojak with crunchy keropok things and orginated from ]Sabah. Used to eat it a lot back in KK - coz we didnt hv places like Chicken rice shop. Anyway, apparently the owner of RCH googled rch and found my blog and decided to leave a comment. How nice.

More recently was Cass’s bf - Jib’s - farewell and birthday dinner at Apever’s House in Bayu Puteri. She ordered fried meehoon and a 2kg cake from me so I made a Mississippi Chocolate Mudcake and covered it with cream topping with chocolate shavings. Was really really sedap and moist and rich but not over-sweet. I shall keep this recipe for future use.

Pam, G and I decided to go party at Loft and Cynna at Heritage Row on Saturday night with Carl and her friends (J and gang). Kinda malas to write a full post so here are the pics and the summary.
- Had 2 bottles of black label.
- Music in Loft was house but Cynna played great R&B songs.
- Bumped into Adi+friends in Cynna.
- G got pissed drunk.
- Went to makan2 at the kedai mamak near my house.
