I had my first taste of Krispy Kreme in Malaysia

Yes, they finally opened a store here in Malaysia – Berjaya Times Square to be exact. The launch was this morning at 9am with some dignitaries. The first customer won 1 yrs supply of KK Glazed doughnuts. Apparently she was camping out there since Saturday and skipped school today (she’s a Form 5 student) to be the first in line.

I managed to get a bite of the infamous glazed doughnut from a friend of mine and it was good. Soft and fluffy on the inside. The glaze was sweet but not overpoweringly sampai nak muak sweet.

Can’t wait to get to BTS to get me a box :D

DKNY Delicious Night

"Delicious Night by DKNY is finally released in stores (October 2007) and is already being billed as energetic, intriguing and seductive. This fragrance opens with pomelo, crushed ginger and a chilled blackberry martini accord. It then encompasses scents of freesia, blooming orchids, jasmine, iris, amber, incense, myrrh and patchouli.

Initial reviews rate this new fragrance in the DKNY range as “absolutely sensational!”

Hot on the heels of the other successful DKNY fragrances of Be Delicious and Red Delicious, we’re sure this will make a delicious night. The perfume comes in the usual apple shaped packaging and DKNY uses a luscious dark purple in contrast with the red and green from the other DKNY “Be” range items."

Why did I know know about this? Ahh! I’m a huge huge fan of DKNY scents. Even back when they had that squareish/hexagonal tall bottle. Love love love it! I currently have the Be Delicious (which I have had for 2 yrs now and is still smells utterly gorgeous!) – the green bottle – and love the Red Delicious which had an added raspberry like smell. And now this! According to this review, it has no apple scent which is okay for me but is more like a sexy, light oriental fragrance. Hurm sounds really interesting.

I can get someone to bring it back for me from states but she’s only coming back in June (can’t ship perfumes, against US shipping laws). I already asked her to check the price list for me and its kind of standard for DKNY perfume. Got my Be Delicious 1.7oz EDP around this price too:

1.7 oz Eau de Parfum Spray RM 225.90

So how???? Wanna buy it when i reaches here or just get mine in June? Only god-knows-when it’s coming but if I buy it here, I might get some freebies when I buy in a set.
